Yes, the GenV CompGate40 retains the same mounting footprint and V-band flange orientation as the previous Gen4 wastegates, making it a direct physical upgrade for existing manifold setups while offering superior flow and thermal capacity.

Liquid cooling is optional. For standard high-performance street or light track applications, air cooling is sufficient. However, for severe endurance racing, circuit racing, or rotary applications with extreme exhaust gas temperatures, connecting coolant lines to the 1/8" NPT liquid ports helps prolong diaphragm and actuator life.
