The Aeroflow Performance AF5079-1001 Ford 9″ cut-to-fit axle kit provides motorsport builders and custom fabricators with a versatile, high-strength solution for constructing custom-width rear ends. Manufactured from induction heat-treated forged 4140 chromoly-grade steel, this axle delivers exceptional torsional resistance with a surface hardness exceeding HRC 52 and a core hardness of HRC 24-28. Supplied at an overall length of 32″ (812.80mm) with 4″ (101.60mm) of continuous spline length, it can be precisely trimmed to suit your exact axle housing width.
Designed for Ford 9-inch diff housings using the new-style big bearing end layout (3.150″ / 80mm OD bearing with 2.5″ / 63.50mm axle offset), this single axle kit is pre-drilled for a 5 x 4.50″ wheel bolt pattern and includes both 7/16″ and 1/2″ press-in wheel studs for complete setup flexibility.
