Each Vibrant Performance Pin-less HD Clamp Assembly includes a Billet Aluminum Quick Release Clamp (Anodised Black only), a pair of Aluminum Weld Ferrules (with O-Rings) and a hard anodised Aluminum Union Sleeve.

The Vibrant Performance HD Clamp has cemented itself as the go-to clamp for high boost vehicles such as drift cars and high-performance diesels due to its ability to withstand extreme pressures and race conditions. The HD Clamps are also great for naturally aspirated applications, as they make installation and removal of intake components quick and easy, saving users time and effort, while giving the engine bay a professional look and feel. Staying ahead of the industry trends, we have found a way to improve the design further, while providing the same features that made the HD clamp the industry standard.

The new Vibrant Performance HD Clamps now feature an integrated clasp mechanism with a safety lock push-button,  replacing the removal quick release pin it had in the previous version. This new clasp mechanism provides an extra level of security to ensure the clamp is never unintentionally opened. By eliminating the pin in this new design, there are no longer any removeable components on the clamp, which eliminates the risk of parts being misplaced or lost. The new HD Clamp also features a hinge spring to keep the clamp in a sprung closed position. This feature not only keeps the clamp in a closed state when installed, but also helps during installation as the clamp has been designed to naturally align and close itself onto the union sleeve. In addition, the newly designed HD Clamp is completely backwards compatible with any existing HD system, as it utilises the same weld ferrules, union sleeve, and O-Rings, making it an easy replacement and upgrade from the older style HD Clamps.

Similar to the previous model, the all-new HD Clamps are precision CNC machined from 6061 Billet Aluminum and are available in a variety of sizes. In addition, Weld Ferrules are also available in Aluminum, 304 Stainless-Steel, or CP2 Titanium to suit a variety of application needs. The newly designed Clamps provide all the same functionality, look and feel as the previous model, but now feature a pin-less design. This pin-less design allows users to quickly and easily install and remove the clamp, saving users time at the track or on the dyno. The clamp has been specifically designed to provide a positive feedback and audible click when closed, so users can rest assured that their charge system is ready to go.

The Pin-less HD Clamp Assembly is currently available for use with 2″, 2.5″, 3″, 3.5″, 4″ and 5″ OD tubing.

Product Usage and Installation
• Operating the newly designed HD Clamp is easy – simply press down the safety lock pushbutton, press the clasp downward and open the clamp.
• To close the clamp, simply press the safety lock push-button down and press the clamp closed.
• Our HD Clamp is perfect for Intercooler Inlets and Outlets, Turbo Compressor Inlets and Outlets, as well as Throttle Bodies.
• Vibrant always recommends using HD Clamps on both ends of your tube assembly to absorb any relative motion between hard and soft mounted components. The tube assembly should be isolated and move freely by hand between both connection ends.
