Description
Aeroflow 44-47mm Stainless Steel T-Bolt Hose Clamp
Heavy-Duty High-Boost Silicone Hose Clamp with Rolled Smooth Edges
Engineered for high-boost automotive and motorsport applications, the Aeroflow Performance AF24-4447 Stainless Steel T-Bolt Hose Clamp delivers superior clamping force and a reliable, leak-free seal on intercooler, turbocharger, and intake pipework. Standard worm-drive clamps frequently slip, back off under vibration, or cut into soft silicone hoses when fully tightened. Aeroflow’s heavy-duty T-bolt design features high-penetration spot welds, a smooth contact surface, and precision-rolled band edges that prevent hose damage while ensuring consistent 360-degree radial clamping pressure.
Key Features
- ☑ Precise Fitment Range: Accommodates hose outer diameters from 44mm to 47mm (1-23/32″ to 1-27/32″).
- ☑ Stainless Steel Construction: Exceptional corrosion resistance and strength in high-temperature engine bay environments.
- ☑ Rolled Edge Protection: Smooth rolled band edges eliminate pinching or cutting into soft silicone hose covers.
- ☑ High-Penetration Spot Welds: Structural integrity designed to withstand heavy tightening torque and high boost pressure spikes.
- ☑ Vibration Resistant: Heavy-duty T-bolt fastener mechanism prevents loosening during harsh track conditions.
