The Aeroflow AF203-03S is a premium 90-degree zinc-coated steel hose end fitting engineered to deliver exceptional reliability and uninterrupted fluid flow in demanding motorsport environments. Precision CNC-machined from high-strength steel with a protective zinc finish, this fitting is specifically manufactured to suit Aeroflow 200 Series stainless steel braided and 250 Series nylon braided PTFE (Teflon®) hose.
Featuring a smooth mandrel-bent body and a 360-degree full-swivel head, the AF203-03S allows for effortless alignment during installation in tight engine bays, brake systems, and chassis plumbing. The included brass compression olive compresses directly into the internal PTFE tube, ensuring a robust, leak-free assembly capable of handling high-pressure fluid transfer, including brake lines, clutch lines, power steering, E85 fuel, oil, and nitrous systems.
