The BC0040TS kit features PAC Racing dual valve springs, wound from the highest grade, super-clean chrome silicone alloy. These springs are processed with proprietary procedures to ensure consistent pressure and longevity, preventing valve float even under extreme conditions.

Unlike titanium setups designed strictly for lightweight racing needs, this kit utilises CNC-machined Steel Retainers. Steel retainers offer superior durability for high-mileage street and strip builds, ensuring your valvetrain remains reliable over time without the wear issues associated with titanium. Important Installation Note:

  • 2004+ Cylinder Heads: If you are installing this kit on a late-model cylinder head (manufactured after 2004), Honda changed the keeper groove angles. You may need to purchase BC2940 keepers (7° billet keepers) to ensure a proper fit with the BC retainers. Using stock keepers on late-model heads with this kit may cause component damage.
