No. The AutoMeter 4303 features a fully mechanical Bourdon tube mechanism that measures boost and vacuum directly via the supplied 1/8" NPT nylon line. No electrical power is required to display pressure readings. A 12V connection is only needed if you wish to illuminate the gauge perimeter at night.

The AutoMeter 4303 measures manifold vacuum from 0 to 30 in. Hg and positive pressure from 0 to 30 PSI boost across a 270-degree full-sweep analog dial. The high-contrast black scale on brushed aluminum ensures effortless readability at speed.

The gauge uses a standard 2-1/16" (52.4mm) dashboard cutout. The package comes standard with 10 ft. of high-pressure nylon line, 1/8" NPT brass compression fittings, 1/4" NPT adapter bushing, T-connector, mounting bracket kit, and incandescent lighting bulb with red/green lenses.
