Engineered for the most demanding racing and high-performance applications, the Aeroflow Performance Aluminium 100 Litre (26.4 US Gallon) Fuel Cell is the premier choice for your street or track car. Expertly crafted from 3mm (1/8″) thick 5052 sheet aluminium, this tank ensures immense structural stability and resilience. Each cell is meticulously welded by high-level robotic machinery, resulting in exceptionally clean and precise corner welds that look as good as they perform.

Inside the tank, an innovative integral baffling system is in place to dramatically reduce fuel slosh, keeping your fuel delivery consistent during aggressive cornering, acceleration, and braking.

Pre-Installed Billet Triple Pump Hanger A standout feature of this fuel cell is the pre-installed CNC machined billet 6061-T6 aluminium triple pump hanger. Designed with a 3-piece head, it features a built-in fuel manifold chamber for superior pressure equalisation without the need for external couplers. It is specifically designed to accommodate one, two, or three 60mm intake fuel pumps (such as the Aeroflow AF49-1013 or Bosch 040). It features -12AN feed and -8AN return ports for massive fuel flow, alongside internal check valves and joiners that eliminate the need for in-tank hoses or clamps. For total control, two 3-wire electrical terminal bulkheads are included, allowing you to stage and wire each pump individually.

The cell is topped with a flush-mount aircraft-style billet alloy cap for fast, flip-and-twist removal, complete with a 1-way air valve. It also comes equipped with a 0-90 Ohm tube-style fuel sender to keep your dash gauge accurate.

Note: Available in raw aluminium or black anodised finishes. The black anodised version is coated inside and out, making it safe for exotic fuel blends such as ethanol and methanol.
