Engineered for maximum reliability and aesthetic impact, the Aeroflow Performance AF64-4029C billet thermostat housing is a direct OEM-style replacement for Nissan RB20, RB25, and RB30 engines. Manufactured from premium T6-6061 billet aluminium and finished in brilliant chrome, this straight housing eliminates the leak-prone factory paper gasket by incorporating a high-temperature O-ring base flange seal.
Designed with versatility in mind, the housing features a standard 41mm (1-39/16″) straight radiator hose neck for original hose fitment, alongside an integrated internal -16ORB (-16 AN O-Ring Boss) female thread. This enables seamless conversion to full custom AN braided hose plumbing setups without requiring external adapters.
