Description
Aeroflow Delphi 40mm Fuel Pump Plug & Pins (Female)
High-performance female Delphi 40mm electrical connector plug complete with terminals and fuel-resistant seals for in-tank fuel pumps.
Product Overview
The Aeroflow AF49-1158 Delphi 40mm fuel pump connector plug kit provides a secure, high-current electrical connection for modern high-flow in-tank fuel pumps. Engineered specifically for 40mm body electric fuel pumps, this female connector plug features robust terminal pins and high-grade butyronitrile seals that maintain full integrity when exposed to aggressive racing fuels including E85, ethanol blends, race gas, and diesel.
Whether wiring an Aeroflow Performance 450LPH (AF49-1042) or 525LPH (AF49-1057) pump, or retrofitting a Walbro/TI Automotive 450 or 525 unit into custom billet pump hangers, the AF49-1158 ensures low electrical resistance and reliable current delivery without melting or degrading under high amp loads.
