The majority of standard Holley 2-barrel and 4-barrel carburettors (including Models 1850, 3310, 4150, and 4160) feature a standard 30cc pump housing, which accepts the 135-12 diaphragm. The larger 50cc pump housings require a larger diaphragm and different pump arm geometry.

The standard Holley 135-12 rubber diaphragm is designed primarily for standard pump gasoline applications. For pure alcohol, E85, or aggressive racing fuels, specialized alcohol-compatible GFLT diaphragms are recommended to prevent premature degradation.
