Each individual pie cut in the 13274 set features a laser-cut 9-degree angle. TIG welding all 5 pieces together creates a 45-degree bend with a 4.75-inch centerline radius. If your layout requires a full 90-degree elbow, you will need two sets (10 pie cuts in total).

CP1 titanium requires clean TIG (GTAW) welding conditions. Ensure complete argon gas coverage using a trailing shield on your torch and thorough internal back-purging with 100% pure argon to prevent oxidation and weld contamination. Clean all fitment joints with acetone prior to welding.

No. Titanium cannot be directly fusion-welded to stainless steel or aluminum due to brittle intermetallic compound formation. These 3.00-inch O.D. CP1 titanium pie cuts should only be welded to compatible titanium tubing, titanium slip joints, or titanium flanges.
